RETURN & REFUND POLICY – TIMEPIECE HAVEN

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer a simple and clear return process within the UAE.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The watch is in original condition
  • The watch is unused and unworn
  • All original packaging, tags, stickers, seals, and documents are included
  • The product shows no signs of damage or wear

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale items
  • Custom orders or special requests
  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Items missing original packaging, documentation, or accessories

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at help@timepiece-haven.com
  • Provide your order number, name, and the reason for return
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions
  • Once received, our team will inspect the item

4. Refunds

Refund will be issued if:

    • The item passes quality and authenticity inspection
    • All accessories and documents are included

Refund processing:

    • Processing time: 3–7 business days
    • Refund is issued to your original payment method

Return shipping cost:

    • If return is due to damaged, wrong, or defective item → we cover the return shipping
    • If return is for personal preference → customer pays return shipping

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days, subject to product availability.
